How it started
JiDion invited EDP445 into his Discord server ahead of a planned interview. EDP never joined the interview but found a 15-year-old girl named Kayla through the server. He initiated contact with her on Instagram. When JiDion's team learned what was happening, rather than immediately directing Kayla to police or her parents, a Discord moderator known as Inside suggested she lead EDP on for the sake of a video.
What Kayla says
Now 18, Kayla describes feeling like a puppet throughout the process, pressured to keep engaging with EDP despite receiving explicit and threatening messages from him. She says she told JiDion's team every time something inappropriate occurred and was never told to block him. She has also claimed the team discouraged her from going to police because it would have compromised their content.

Where the accounts conflict
JiDion's team maintains they repeatedly checked on Kayla and advised her not to send anything explicit. The moderator Inside initially stated on stream that EDP messaged Kayla first, but later claimed in a written comment that Kayla had actually messaged EDP first and had begged the team to let her participate as a decoy for clout. These directly contradict each other.
Kayla's own timeline also contains inconsistencies. She states she received an Instagram DM from EDP before JiDion added him to the Discord, but JiDion's account holds that EDP only found her Instagram through her Discord bio after joining the server. Both versions cannot be true.
Kayla has made a wide range of additional accusations against JiDion, some serious and some difficult to take at face value, including claims about the Illuminati and evidence she says she has but is too afraid to release. Her self-described opportunism, acknowledged in the documentary, complicates her reliability as a narrator without diminishing the fact that she was a minor who experienced genuine harm.
The core problem
Whatever the exact sequence of events, the clearest takeaway is that JiDion and his team allowed a 15-year-old to serve as an effective decoy in a sting operation without removing her from the situation or escalating it to authorities in any meaningful way. Skier Gene, JiDion's collaborator, acknowledged in the documentary that stepping back and letting law enforcement handle it might have led to actual consequences for EDP, then added that doing so would have meant no content.
