Warner Bros. Discovery, owner of Adult Swim Games, is removing games from digital stores. Developers were told their games, like Fist Puncher and Soundodger+, will be taken down from Steam within 60 days. They can republish, but lose community content. Developers asked for publishing rights to transfer, but Warner Bros. refused, citing lack of resources, despite the process being quick. This move suggests Warner Bros. Discovery might shut down Adult Swim Games. Since merging in 2022, Warner Bros. Discovery has cut costs by removing TV shows and shelving movies like Batgirl and Coyote vs. Acme.
