Releasing 2025-2026
The next Ghost Recon game is set for release between 2025 and 2026 and will return to a first-person perspective. It's described as a squad-based military tactical shooter, drawing inspiration from games like Modern Warfare, Battlefield, Squad, and Ready or Not. Project Over is based on the Naiman War in a hostile southeast country, focusing on secret missions and uncovering a traitor. The game is reminiscent of Modern Warfare, featuring potentially controversial missions, such as one where the squad almost shoots a man holding a baby, mistaking it for a bomb. Graphically, it shows significant improvement compared to previous installments, similar to Ready or Not.
